Pregnant women (at any stage of pregnancy)- GP surgery

All children aged 2 or 3 years on 31 August 2025 - GP Surgery

All children in specific clinical 'risk groups' aged from 6 months to less than 18 years - GP surgery or School Nurses (children will be offered this by the school nurses as well as invited by the surgery, parents or guardians can choose where to have it).

Primary school aged children (from Reception to Year 6 or home schooled) - School Nurses - they also provide clinics if parents or guardians wish to attend with their child or if they miss the vaccination in school. GP surgeries do not give these. Schools will send out consent forms, if any issues or catch up required please call 03333 5833987 Option 5 or email: immunisations.derbyshire@intrahealth.co.uk

- live in a care home for older adults
